• Efficiently using Junipers MX960 the SDG (service delivery gateway) for ADC (Application delivery controllers) and TLB (traffic load balancers) services. It also consists of the capabilities such as routing/switching, NAT, HA, Stateful FW and DNS cache.
• Performing fault isolation, validation and some repair for supported network nodes, escalating and tracking advanced repair to specialized teams.
• Accountable for the rapid assessment of both the nature and severity of customer problems to evaluate appropriate response, engages various support organizations to provide that response.
