Network Security Specialist
• Understand the customer requirements, review requirement and prepare the BOM, HLD and LLD.
• To provide the support for network implementation and testing& support for any operational issues.
• Handle network operations issues, resolve network VT’s on daily basis related to Firewalls, LAN, WAN etc.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN (LAN-LAN/EZVPN/GETVPN/DMVPN, IPSec using CA Server/SSL VPN/QoSwith IPSec, Flexvpn).
• Administration of IDS & IPS Sensor Configuration-Premicous/Inline mode, IPS Sensor tuning etc
• Planning network migrations and support for any network issues that may pop up.
• Join customer engineers for the troubleshooting in case of any issues.
• Managing and Supporting enterprise EIGRP/OSPF/BGP network.
• Accept escalations of tasks from the business to ensure prompt resolution.
• Packet level troubleshooting experience with tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark
• Interface with the various Networking groups to craft solutions to meet Service requirements.
• Also involved in providing training to the corporate customer engineers for ciscobootcamps etc.
