Preparation of monthly progress reports, review shop drawings, design proposals, method of statements, submittals and any RFI relating to the site works .

Represent the consultant on the project, responsible for managing construction supervision, quality control, financial control, hand over and other site operations to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents .
Responsible for construction supervision of Roads & Bridges for M.O.T. in Riyadh Region .

Coordinate all utility matters and obstacles between contractors and all concerned authorities .

Represent the consultant on the project, responsible for managing the construction supervision of Roads, Lightening projects for M.O.T. in Dammam Region .
Manage construction supervision, quality control, financial control, hand over and other site operations.
Manage the supervision team, monitor and supervise their performance and attendance .
Monitor the contractor’s performance, status and progress of works on site .
Site Safety .
Preparation of monthly progress report .
Review and approval of shop drawings, submittals, design proposals, method of statements, as built drawings, …. etc.
Coordinate with all concerned parties on all construction (and design) issues .
Identify obstacles and all utility matters, propose solutions and coordinate with concerned authorities .
Preparing periodic meetings with owner representative, contractors and supervision team .
Responsible for the construction supervision of Roads and manage the quality control process in Rehab II project - Cairo .

Monitor site work, laboratory work and site tests
Respond to contractor’s request & keep comprehensive records of site conditions .
Report to Construction Manager .
Responsible for the construction supervision of Roads, Bridges & Buildings for M.O.T. in Riyadh and Baha Regions .
