Responsibilities:-
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of different types of HVAC System like PACU Units, FCU Units, Plumbing System like Sewage pipes, Portable water pipes & Fire Fighting System like Hydrant System, Sprinkler System
• Coordination with civil and all other MEP services for smooth flow of work according to schedule.
• Approve Technical Data Sheet as per tender, BOQ and technical specification.
• Inspect all procured materials with respect to specification on site and/or venders premises.
• Ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities, and also check workmanship.
• Monitor day-to-day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with Site-in charge.
• Project Co-ordination, co-ordinate with the design team related to technical design & site issues.
• Maintain files and records in conformity with Technical norms, while facilitating easy retrieval of records in case of audits, resulting in no fault internal & external audits.
• Weekly progress review meeting with the Sub-contractor.
• Ensuring successful completion of mechanical deliverables and monitoring of project performance for mechanical tasks, schedules and for smooth flow of work.

* To ensure direct workers and sub-contractors on site to perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and
instructions as appropriate.
* Daily interfacing with Site In charge, Engineers, Supervisors for preparing, scheduling and coordinating day to day activities.
* Weekly meeting with the client.
* Ensure proper safety precautions are taken at construction site.
