Project : Jeddah Airport housing infrastructure project. Contract No. (10), 300 million SAR. That
includes the following networks: Roads, storm, potable water & fire hydrants, sewerage,
electricity, irrigation, telecommunication, landscaping, irrigation tank.
Project Overview: The purpose of this project is the implementation and maintenance of the site enabling works, As well as the construction of infrastructure works.(Area : 1999999m2).
Responsibilities:
q leading team of infrastructure engineer and inspectors to supervised construction of all infrastructure related work according to specifications, method statement and approved shop drawings of sewer net work, potable water net work, irrigation net work, electrical net work, telecoms net work, manholes installations and manholes finishing, valves and water chambers, crossing ducts, irrigation pump station.
Reviewing and gives approval of all contractors’ submittals shop drawings, method statements, RFI, WIR, and PTW.
Site data collections and preparing all progress reports, tracking schedules, and material approval.Checking contractor work inspections with inspectors, recording and documentations.
Fully sport to the managements regarding all the construction related items like preparing all NCR, SOR, redesign works, letters to the contractor, meetings, and schedule.
Assist in compiling Bill of Quantities reports for payment of quantities and changes in the work.
Providing technical guidance to the engineers aides as require with full coordination and cooperation with other divisions
Fully support to the documentation controlling division. Monitor the site engineers and inspectors performance.
Monitoring and reporting for all relevant safety observation
q Coordinate work with other site engineers, inspectors and surveyor directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all technical, and administrative functions of the a redevelopment project.
