Led the butamer catalyst activity for IDC
Led the molsiv activity replacement activity.
Led RCA for the frequent leak of isolation valves in Net Gas Scrubber (NGS).
Led desulfurization catalyst replacement is methanol plant.
Participating effectively in:
1. BDO revalidation HAZOP at beginning of 2017.
2. Butamer revalidation HAZOP at mid of 2018.
3. MAn revalidation HAZOP at end of 2018
4. IDC LOPA (SIL) verification for Butamer, MAn and BDO in 2017.
5. MIRA for boiler tubes rupture.
6. RCA for Net Gas Scrubber (NGS) heavy body leak.
Provided technical support to Acetic Acid plant during emergency shutdown
PHA leader for more than 100 PHAs
Developed a chemical interaction matrix for IDC, which will improved the team understanding for the potential HAZARD reaction
Completed an investigation for the hot spot in MAn reactor during the break in period
Supported reliability department to evaluate the criticality of all Diol plant equipment
Developed a logic to optimize the steam venting of IDC, and it had been reduced from ~ 600, 000 MT to 53, 000 MT. Around 12, 500, 000 SAR had been saved in 2018
Developed file to calculate and report the flaring, which saved ~ 2 millions SAR
Led RCA for the major fouling in the cooling water exchangers.
Work with PE and operation to evaluate the newly project for butane optimization.
Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
