As a Sr. Business Analyst in STC, I am involved in various business development tasks and helps the business units (Field operation, Marketing, Sales etc.) to fulfill their business requirements according STC strategy. I am working as a primary business analyst mainly for all CRM (IBM- ICMS) in the area of billing, multimedia (IPTV, OTT), service provisioning and retention business requirements and processes. These tasks include:
• Review and analyze the service concept documents raised by the business units and provide the necessary guidance to achieve the change.
• Write Business Requirement Specification documents along with acceptance test scenarios.
• Write and draw the As-IS and To-Be BPMN diagram for STC systems and their relation to the provided services
• Examine the existing systems’ issues and limitation and write the specification document for the needed enhancement.
• Analyze and approve the design document for all the impacted systems by the change.
• Demonstrate the implemented changes to the stakeholders and provide user manual document if required.
Leading a team consisting of five (5) Business Analysts to support all MOHE applications department’s projects within the initiation and requirements analysis phases. These responsibilities include:
• Prioritizing and reviewing business requirements specification documents for accuracy and quality, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members
• Matching software development releases and carrying out new projects and Change Requests (CR)
• Developing and executing department projects & policies within the department framework
• Liaising closely with department head and clientele (internal & external MOHE departments and outsourcing companies)
• Providing Quarter and Annual Reports to Top Management consisting of performance reviews, task completion progress, and department KPI status
• CAB member for MOHE applications CRs
• Creating the department’s employee handbook
Performing business analysis by eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, business scenarios, task and workflow. It is within my scope to lead the development of business requirements by applying technology efforts to satisfy business owner needs. Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces and supports system and data requirement clarification and definition. In addition, acting as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for platform applications.
I managed CRs, New Services and Requirement Traceability for the Ministry’s financial system. Including Revenue, Expenses and Attaches transactions .etc. by the studying the CR impact on the system (function level, data level).
Handling projects from requirements to implementation; interacting with customers for documenting requirements model, producing business requirements documents, interacting with designers to understand solutions' limitations, as well as providing the needed support to the programmers during systems development.
Producing promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures for products and services, designing distinctive logos for products and businesses, designing layers for publishing and magazine advertising layouts.
Developing the school’s main online portal (using PHP HTML, Action Script, WAMP, XAMPP), implementing their database from scratch, configuring the school’s examinations records, and designing the school’s advertising banners & layouts.

Thesis (Final year project) – Completed working on the project under the title of ‘Simulation of Artificial Neural Networks ‘. The project was to show the changing weight on the networks’ node on a feed-forward method; it’s an educational tool to show & calculate the changes values on the final node.
