o Zain Kuwait; I was the team leader for the in house development
team for the internal applications of Zain Kuwait
o Zain KSA; I was team leader for PROVISIONING operation team in the transition period -moving from on-site support mode to centralized support mode-.
o EMTS Nigeria; I was member of the task force team; responsible for holding meetings with customer to enhance the customer
satisfaction.
o Zain Sudan; I was member of analysis team which responsible for analyzing and solving billing problems

• Senior Software Developer (Oracle and Java) (Involved in developing
TABS system (Tabs is ITS billing system which works in more than 23
GSM operators over the gulf, Arab world and Africa) . Was involved in front end (oracle developer) development in the following modules
(CRM, CCM, ORM, SOM, Inventory and ARM)

• From December.2005 to September.2006: Comsys Software
• Senior Oracle Developer (involved in the analyzing, developing,
integrating, testing and training phases of the following systems (Stock,
Stock control, Security, Sales, payroll, HR, Service
Center (WARSHA)) for many customers including ORASCOM,
Ministry of foreign affairs, El-SHBAA ELMASRIA using Developer
6I tools and Oracle 9I developer suite and oracle 8I and 9I as back end, the 8I systems was Client server while the 9I systems were based on 3 tier
architecture.
