Leading the maintain potential project controls team
Providing Engineering/Project management support for all new Oil & Gas wells
- Preparing & updating the project schedule using (Primavera 6)
-Attending clarification meetings with contractors & do bidding schedules analysis
-Preparing key dates for packages going to bid stage
- Reviewing & approving contractor`s documents & schedules
-Leading the process to establish the project schedule & the monthly update
-Preparing management reports highlighting the areas of concerns
-Coordinate with cost engineers to evaluate payments
- Progress tracking for ongoing pkg. `s using earned man-hrs technique.
- Delay analysis & claims negotiation.
- Coordination between engineering team, construction team & client team.
- Preparing micro schedules for critical milestones to enable close monitoring.
- Attending progress review meetings with contractors & highlighting the major deviations from the
Approved baseline & related corrective actions.
- Preparing different types of report (Weekly, monthly, ….etc)
- Providing planning & scheduling support to all company’s projects
- Preparing & updating master schedules
- Coordinate the work between main office in France, Project office in Dubai & different sites
- Development of Progress measurement systems
- Preparing weekly reports
- Preparing high management reports
- Leading the weekly progress review meetings with different sites
- Providing areas of concerns & recovery plans for ongoing projects
- Preparing & updating the master schedule using (Primavera 6 )
- Progress tracking for ongoing pkg. `s using earned man-hrs technique.
- Providing on time high management alerts for critical issues
- Performing critical Path analysis to provide the required focus on delayed activities
- Preparing key dates/milestones for not started phases/sections to ensure conformity with master schedule
- Reviewing & Revising Planning procedure to achieve the ultimate control onsite
- Progress & delay analysis for ongoing tasks
- Review contractor’s schedule/updates
- Preparing high management reports /areas of concern
