Main Tasks and Duties:

− Supervising knowledge stations centers*, Hosting agencies and Trainers in the assigned sector, and provide up-to-date specific reports to GM.
− Manage the trainers’ team, provide required support, train professional computer courses (skills, networks, programming, maintenance), caucusing periodic meeting to discuss all issues, submit proposals and reports.
− Following trainers team performance, evaluate periodically, and submit evaluation provisions to manager.
− Apply projects aiming to develop communities using ICT tools.
− Execute E-Government programs and activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.
− Assess Trainers and beneficiaries needs, analyze possible configuration to provide solutions or recommendations for Hardware, OS, Networking, and Security.
− Create Database for the trainers and knowledge stations contain data about activities, courses, income, outcome, available hardware and software, and trainers performance, continuing update it, check and edit data as needed.
− Design knowledge stations handbills, courses, services, success stories, and achievements, and publish activities, and newsletters, in social media.
