• Monitoring and maintaining max production of each unit as design or as per instruction and write daily report about the plant performance.
• Supervise the chemical cleaning procedure of each unit and recovery performance after the start-up.
• Isolated the electrical breakers and switches of the plant equipment starts from 480 volts to 13.8 Kilovolts to and issued the work permit for maintenance department.
• Participate in problem solvent and mistake analysis.
• Handle the plant routine preventative maintenance and coordinate with planning department.
• Monitoring chemical dosing system and coordinate with the laboratory department for any additional test required and analyze dosing with pump performance.
• Monitoring pumps and transformers performance and compare it to manual.
• Coordinate operation shift schedule, vacations and performance for plant employee operators.
• Check all safety deluge system and coordinate with safety department for all hazards work.
