To design and supervise the electrical works of all projects
Duties and Responsibilities
-Takes care of the area of control and systems and leads the company plants.
- responsible for being technically involved with work motors, operation controllers,
- works as a coordinator and administrator for the electrical and civil workers, organizes the fields and to use my knowledge and skills in the execution of his plans.
- Managing and handling other sectors of electrical engineering department, developing policies and strategies for controlling the electrical systems properly, and completing other tough and challenging projects.
- Recognizes the technical problems and analyzes them
- solves the same by working on the electrical systems, design, and automation. repairs the defects of the electrical equipments, heads the technical department, and assists the workers under completing support activities that benefit the electrical engineering department.
At this company, I work Electrical engineering maintenance, in Aljaili depot, this company is main contractor and responsible about electrical section in distribution petroleum center, so it responsible about maintenance and check, pumps, soft starter, Valve (ROTORK ), plc, MCC and scada.
I installed and commissioned 6 flow meter (Avery - Hardoll MkII) from Maggitt fuelling product - England, for oil libya company
I have been working private as contractor and subcontractors with many companies, during this period I executed many projects and jobs:-
A-Rehabilitation of electric systems of
Khartoum Company of milk production
Khartoum north - Hilat koko.
- Replaced the old system of power from work with fuses to work with modern circuit breaker.
- Repair and maintenance all pump and agitators systems.
- Maintenance ventilation system of factory.
- Maintenance compressors.
B-Made panel, installed and commissioning of two soft starters 400KW for two huge pumps in Port Sudan for exporting Benzene to ministry of energy and mining through company called
Aljack and alsanosi company.
C- Modified dc systems drive, with modern Ac drive, (variable speed drive) to bambinoo furniture factory - Omdurman.
through this period i did many jobs but the space hire is limited, please see my attached C.V
my activity at Energy department, Included :-
• The trading side of projects.
• Take reading from factories.
• Send and received the document from supplier in England PQE Company.
• Installed commissioning and maintenance equipment.
Because the Factory is many work on milk product, I responsible about the troupe shooting of machine include ( Backing machines, yogurt machine, homogenizer machines, Generator, central refrigeration Unit, ................. and every electric system inside the factory .
as maintenance Engineer and leader responsible for factory machines trouble shooting, maintenance for two power plants &substations, the machines works with PLC
(Programmable logic controller) systems, maintenance and program. Systems of variable speed control and soft starters.
Power station and switchgear: maintenance, operations and commissions of MAN, YANINAR, CKD and DAEWOO generators.
One of Engineers that follow up the installation, commissioning and operations of new power plant (4*2.5MW) 11 KVA .MAN Sangyong.
Maintenance of switchgear 415V 50HZ.
Control system Included:-
Open and closed loop systems and repair, troubleshooting of various electric control systems .
January 2009 Diploma in Auto CAD 2009 from Arabic technical company High school or equivalent , PMP course 2013 at KIWI training center Location: Al Khartoum, Sudan Completion Date : September 2013 Grade: certificate he PMP not only evaluates your knowledge of project management but also your ability to take critical decisions in difficult situations and your overall experience. This is done by an evaluation of your experience managing specific projects as part of the exam application process.
