Position and Site details: Responsible for performing all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract, reviewing the material technical data sheet as per project specs, Raising and closing NCN, JSN and Snag list in project of 5 administrative buildings with landscape and underground parking for each building with budget of 490 million L.E and area of 66654 m² at western business park “C” Cairo festival city, Fifth Settlement.
Main contractor: Hassan Allam Contracting, and Owner: Al-Futtaim Real estate.
Position and Site details: Responsible for the implementation of concrete structures and finishing operations of 13 out of 75 residential buildings consists of ground floor and 5 typical floors with budget 65 million L.E at Dar Misr middle-income housing project El-Obour City .
Position and Site details from 3/2015 to 3/2016: Supervise the implementation of concrete structures and finishing operations of 7 residential buildings, area 12600 m2 at project for construction of residential community, Pgesco association, Andalus sector, Fifth Settlement.
Position and Site details from 3/2016 till now: Supervise the implementation of concrete structures of multifunctional building (garage, lecture halls, cafeteria), area 2680 m2 at Faculty of Medicine, Elqasr ElEney, Cairo university.
