Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures and support in their development as needed.
Oversees the implementation of operation plans, policies, procedures, and transition/ migration plans.
Monitors costs and resources in day-to-day activities.
Holds responsibility for section’s staffing and budgeting projections.
Liaises with various Divisions/Departments in order to determine cluster and business plan development opportunities.
Performs situational analysis to determine strategic opportunities and threats to achieving the RC strategic objectives.
Identifies and develops business cases for new city or city expansion in alignment with the RC strategy.
Provides the needed specialist insight during the implementation of new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans while ensuring they are consistent with the overall goals and objectives of RC.
Undertakes or assists in special projects as needed.
Strategic planning is the process of setting a vision, mission, achievable goals operation objectives and values. Under all of these, there are many processes should be taken my mission, as an expert in strategic planning is to help set up this entire throw:
• Analyze and evaluate a Situational analysis (Environmental Assessment) including market analysis, feasibility analysis, SWOAT analysis and Strategy Direction Definition.
• Communicating a business plan by both speaking and writing, the steps employees need to take to achieve company goals.
• Involves in quick decision-making to help RC achieve its goals without waffling to be able to examine all of the information available to them and then decisively make a thoughtful decision.
• Lead employees towards a common goal and to inspire, motivate, and ensure all employees remain accountable.
• Problem solver if there is problem in not meeting the financial goals, or its processes are running inefficiently. Analyzes data related to the problem and then offers a solution as suitable.
• Advice on translating corporate strategy to Long and short-term plan/annual Business plan into operation objective goals, quantifiable targets and strategic initiatives to ensure that they are clear to all sectors across RCJY cities and Sectors.
• Help on the implementations of strategy Direction & framework for carrying out internal/external strategic analysis, identifying scenarios, assessing options for way forward and formulates recommendations.
I wasworking in the Administration of Investment and Planning as a statistical analyst as head of Planning Section, following the project of the Royal Commission in both cities Jubail and Yanbu
- Collect data required for investors
- Preparing the Annual report of the Royal Commission
- Monthly reports to the president of the Royal Commission
- follow up the Annual planning
- Help to prepare the 5 years plan
I joined Production Statistics Division as Statistician Specialist and this Division deals with all types of Economic Statistics in the private sector starting from the planning of the sample, questioner design, data collection, data processing, data analysis, publication of the data
