Conducting Risk Analysis.

To outline the requirements of implementing control over nonconforming materials, workmanship and the corrective actions that may be conforming materials, workmanship and corrective actions that may be taken to rectify or remove the causes of the deviations from specifications and any related documents.

To provide through the different phases of a construction project a continuous record of work deviations from specifications.

To ensure that material delivered to site conforms to the requirements specified on the material submittal sheet, as deemed necessary or upon consultant request.

To ensure the fabricated material on site or at subcontractor’s workshop/factories is carried out according to the specifications where applicable.
