Project Implementation
• Promote children's rights, contributing to their well-being and protection in times of emergencies, guided by
humanitarian principles and code of conduct.
• Be prepared to support SCI interventions in response to emergencies and show needed flexibility
Planning and Implementation :
• Assess and analyze the Primary Health Care units’ (PHCUs) needs regarding staff’s technical capacity, medical supplies
and other needs.
• Design the workplan to implement the technical component, including: building the capacity of MOHP officials
according to needs assessment, supportive supervion visits, provision of medical supplies when and where applicaple,
and other related activities.
• Revise and update of the workplan regularly responding to the major changes in the field demands and
dynamics, especially during the panademic, to promote the national response to COVID 19 crisis and maintain the
alligment of SCI activities with national response.
• Review, develop and facilitate capacity building packages, as per SCI and international Guidelines.
• Comply with Save the Children policies and practice with respect to safeguarding, code of conduct, health and safety,
and any other relevant policies and procedures;

Budgeting
• Deliver a detailed budget forecast for the technical activities (capacity building, procurement, field visits, meetings,
etc...)
• Monitor the monthly spending for the technical activities.
Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with MoHP officials on different levels via meetings (faca to-face or virtual according
to the context) and other communication pathways to enhance and facilitate the cooperation between SCI and MoHP.
• Support the integration of all project activities via updating the project staff members regularly with any modification
of service provision through PHCUs or related services that might affect the beneficiaries especially during the
pandemic response.
• Participate in SCI health committees, meetings and other forms of medical support when requested and approved by
the line manager.
Data management
• Ensure monthly reporting on beneficiaries recieving healthcare services from the supported primary care units
segregated as agreed
