Provide overall project management for the project during the construction and ensure that all work carried out is in alignment with the goals and objectives of the plan as defined by the PMC contract with the Clients policy and strategic goals. Duties include the following:

• Ensure plan, code and regulations relating to HSE are adhered. Conduct Spot inspection with the HSE team, chair HSE weekly/monthly meetings.
• Identify potential risks and put action plan for issues on site and flow up with the contact to close them on time.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal team leads on project resourcing, scheduling, progress, and challenges. Monitor the staff performance and put correction plans to align the team with the project needs.
• Actively and regularly meet with the projects various stakeholders including main contractor (LCQ), sub-contractors, design consultant (ECG), and developer (UDC) to ensure that the project requirements are well communicated.
• Perform continuous risk analysis, implement, evaluate risk response plan and keeping the project risk register up to date.
• Maintain on time delivery of necessary AHJ permits (e.g. MME, KAHRAMA, civil defense, Woqod ...etc).
