• Assigned by Hazim consulting to manage the contract with Saduia Cargo to provide a full technical support to Saudia Cargo's higher management and their stations resident engineers, with any project, in any station in Saudi Arabia, whether it was in the planning, bidding or construction phase..
• Prepare all kinds of requests for proposals (RFP), starting by meeting with the end users to determine their requirements and needs, ending up by preparing a complete and fully detailed RFP, including all the required designs, specifications, terms and conditions.
• Complete control and site supervision on any contractor works in any of Cargo's stations.
1- Technical Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of CAD draftsmen and quantity surveyors.
* Review architectural & structural design drawings.
* Review and approve suppliers’ shop drawings in presence of project specification.
* Review and approve in-house architectural & structural shop drawings with BBSs.
2- Procurement's responsibilities:
* Full contact, coordination & following-up with suppliers up to provide quotations.
* Approving bid tabulation form (comparison sheet).
* Reviewing purchasing orderes before official issuance, and following it up to be approved and delivered to site.
* Complete coordination and supervision on material flow for all civil projects to assure smooth delivery up on planned schedules without any delays.
Shop/As built Drawings Production (King Abdulziz International Airport) :
*Leading a team of (12) droughts men to produce all required shop/As built drawings
(Structural & Architectural) by total of (5000) sheets for the following buildings:
1-Load Center C: (Huge electro-Mechanical building).
2-1st & Business and OIP/VIP Car Parks.
Site Engineering (King Abdulziz International Airport) :
* Responsible for all site finishing works such as: Block, Plaster, Epoxy, Screeds, Paintings, Gypsum Board, Cement Board and Concrete repair.
* Structural steel erection supervisor.
* Following daily works on site and support our team to solve incoming problems, especially with other trades subcontractors.
Technical Management & Project Coordination
(King Abdulziz International Airport) :
*Sending all required reports to company management, main contractor (SBG), Saudi Benladen Group and construction manager (DAR ALHANDASAH)
* Preparing and following all shop drawings, requests for information and material submittals to gain approvals from the CM.
*Company representative for all technical meetings with SBG, DAR, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
* Preparing all BOQ’s and data packages (drawings & Specs) to be sent to suppliers.
* Reviewing all received quotations and prices breakdown.
* Working on (direct & indirect) coast for projects underpricing and complete follow up till bidding close.
Preparing all the required architectural details such as Layouts, Sections, Elevations and
professional (Exterior & Interior) renderings for a huge group of projects with complete work
following-up on site at construction stage for some of them.
