 Take out engineering drawings for turning machines and milling
machines (for traditional machines)
 Determine the stages of manufacturing and machining operations at
every stage
 Achieve the required dimensional and geometrical tolerances
according to engineering drawing
 Manufacturing of parts and assembling according to the
engineering drawings
 Design by using CAD software ( Solid Works )
 Manufacturing by using CAM software ( Edge cam )
 CNC Programming (Writing and editing CNC programs)
 Setting and operation on Victor M/Cs
 Works on Victor M/Cs ( Turning, Milling )
 Works on EDM wire cutting M/C
 Works on Spectroscopy analysis device "OXFORD instrument"
 Chemical analysis for iron and copper
 Material balance calculations by using MS excel
 Some products of our company:
 Spur gears, sprockets, bolts, flange, key, key ways, entry guide for
steel companies, spray header, eccentric bush, and stand delivery
guide for steel companies.
 Metal casting such as pump casing, Blades for pumps, Motor cover,
