- Formulate, organize and monitor all inter-connected projects and programs for one big government entity at Abu Dhabi
- Oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals and strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Working closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, assigned project managers, auditors, partners and vendors to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, timing, status and goals

• Organize and manage project scope, schedule and budget. Direct the team using appropriate approval, change control and project management techniques. These projects are for some of the largest projects in the region like TAMM 12x12 project
• Working with onsite and offshore team from Injazat, partners and other vendors.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk for medium to large projects
• Identify opportunities for up-selling within customer accounts and assist driving the sales process until close.
• Attend client service review meetings on a regular basis; areas discussed may include assessment of overall delivery (quality, consistency etc), opportunities for future service improvement, clarification of future delivery schedule and demands
• Develop and set the project management standards and procedures
• Manage the development of mobile applications, portals and AI chatbot projects.
• Manage the projects delivery in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia
• Coordinate with other Blackstone branches including sales and technical team members in UAE, Kosovo and Morocco.
Working as a program manager and senior project manager for managing Business Solution Projects related to IBM products and non IBM products like Oracle, SAP... and managing Technology Services projects related to Backup Software, AIX, and many other.
Working as a service delivery manager for managing the deliverables as per scope, quality, cost and planned schedule.
Working with internal and external partners/vendors for projects implementations and for providing onsite and offshore resources.
