I am currently working for Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in their busy world class call centre office, which is set up for Post Office homephone and broadband customers. I have also dealt with customers there from a widely varying demographic. I have kept accurate clear records on customers’ accounts via Customer Management Portal (CMP) developed by Martin Dawes Systems (MDS) as well as other additional systems, working in compliance with telecoms regulations delivered by quality team, honouring Data Protection Act. I possess necessary speaking skills required to speak with people from various background as the customer demographic varies. 


I have worked in various teams at work and throughout my university studies too. Despite having different managers, and changing over to various teams, I have always been a positive team player and always willing to help others on the team, while maintaining my performance.


I am always approachable and friendly with people from multi levels of the business, I am always patient as my experience of dealing with customers will show. I am always diplomatic, this can be seen from my experience in recontracting with customers. From a business point of view the recontract is important for business to flourish, but some customers may have not had a journey with us they expected. In such a situation I am able to facilitate and achieve peaceful resolutions whereby the customer would re-contract with us very happily and keeping the best interests of the business. I am very hard working and committed person. I have dealt responsibly with customer direct debit details, disclosure of information from a customers account, Data Protection Act etc. all of which demand the highest level of confidentiality.


I am a highly accomplished graduate/postgraduate with transferrable skills that are needed within the most demanding of work places.

Trainee - Participation in group research project at Hochschule Bremen

Duties: Actively participate in teamwork in the context of the virtual company TiGer BioTec (science based market study, setup and validation of tests/qualification of equipment under the rules of QC/QA, data collection, feasibility study) in the fields of microbiology, chemistry and biochemistry, process development; pursue research project work on an individual basis in the fields of microbiology and molecular genetics.

Responsibilities: Regular attendance of group meetings, regular participation in laboratory work, scientific documention, regular participation in group presentations.

Skills: Include enthusiasm towards work, adjusting to a completely new environment, application of theoretical knowledge, displayed initiative and originality, ability to work independently, and as part of a team successfully achieving aims of project, ability to effectively communicate via written and oral methods.
