Identify root causes, recommend preventive measures, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert recommendations on HSE matters.
Support project teams with advice on hazard management, site safety, and environmental protection.
Develop and test emergency response plans for various scenarios.
Ensure adequate preparedness and coordination with relevant emergency services.
Advise on strategies to reduce the environmental impact of operations, including waste management and pollution control.
Support compliance with environmental laws and sustainability goals
Prepare and present detailed reports, HSE statistics, and performance metrics to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain thorough documentation of HSE activities, policies, and compliance records.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HSE management systems and practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new regulations to provide cutting-edge solutions.

PROJECT SPECIFICATION : Two Towers at 70 stories and two at 50 stories totaling a
GFA of 660, 000 sq. m (excluding landscape area) and 13, 150
Car park space, the project is located in four separate
Adjacent plots. Each plot accommodates a super tall tower
And podium area with three to four low rise buildings on
Each podium.

Role and Responsibilities:
Advise site staff and personnel on matters related to health, safety and environmental issues
☞ Ensure a high standard is maintained on site in accordance with HSE Policy and the project
HSE management plan
☞ Monitor and report all discrepancies in relation to the Project HSE Management Plan to the
Project HSE Manager and the area in-charge
☞ Inspect the workplace to identify potential hazards and report the findings with
recommendations for corrective actions to the Safety Officer and area in-charge
☞ Investigate accidents/ incidents and dangerous occurrences and forward report to the Safety
Officer
☞ Supervise sub-contractors’ Safety Representatives
☞ Work with site engineers in the preparation of risk assessment report
☞ Keep all safety records required for the project
☞ Implement safety training for all levels of employees
☞ Take appropriate action to stop work if there is any imminent danger to life and property
☞ Keep a safety diary on site, which is available for inspection by the superior and Company
☞ Assist in the preparation of the specific safety risk assessment on all work process and brief
workers on the precautionary measures wherever necessary
☞ To cooperate with Company in the conduct of Safety Audits and safety inspection as required
by the project.

PROJECT SPECIFICATION : Short term project installation of 9000KWA gen set which
includes with work at height, hot work, steel erection of 40 meters’
height, testing and commissioning of gen set.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

☞ Conduct frequent drills to create awareness to the employees.
☞ Attend daily, weekly & monthly internal and external HSE & Construction meetings.
☞ Ensure the HSE Plan is adequate and suits project requirements.
☞ Conduct HSE meetings along with Project Manager to address HSE at site.
☞ Prepare the risk assessment/aspect impact study taking consideration HSE statics, HSEMS
procedures, Legal requirements etc as applicable and communicate the same to all concerned.
☞ Investigate accident/Incident & Near miss and submit report to Project Manager/HSE
Manager/Consultant & Head Office QHSE Department.
☞ To ensure all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and necessary remedial
action taken.
☞ Conduct regular field inspection and record all safety deficiencies and recommended
corrections in the discrepancy.
☞ Ensure permit to work system is properly followed.
☞ Ensure that all operatives including subcontractors are working in a safe manner and comply
safety regulation.

equipment’s.
☞ Encourage and conduct additional Tool Box Talk on new activities as required.
☞ Conduct HSE meeting / trainings @ site and brief employees on safe work methods.
☞ Carrying out safety inspections for the complete work activities.
☞ Allocate and Manage Berth Area & onshore/ offshore HSE personnel at different location.
☞ Education employees on basic site Rules & Regulations.
☞ Ensure all personnel are made aware of precautionary measures whilst performing work.
