- Achieve monthly production target with timely delivery and right quality.
- Coordinate with maintenance and tool room when necessary for machine and tools.
- Effective management and control of man, machine, material, and process.
- Continually seek to drive improvements to reduce rejections and rework and increase machine utilization. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Arrange the raw material required for production.
- Reviewing the daily production and discussing about the failures.
- Dispatch the material required for assembly.
- Review the production orders, see that it is completed and control the production.
- Coordinate and develop production Schedules in coordination with the sales department.
- Follow-up to the quantities produced and quality check.
- Analyze and report the production department performance.
- Ensure that all produced products are per approved production equations.
- Communication with purchasing department to ensure fulfillment of raw materials.
-Preparing Production Schedules ( Aggregate Plan, Weekly Plan).
-Analyzing production data on daily basis and monthly basis.
-Maintaining adequate stock level in RM warehouses and FG warehouses.
-Implementing projects and studies ( Fault analysis, ABC analysis, SMED).
-Preparing production reports.
-Using the ERP system of the company to facilitate the flow of information between all the departments and to monitor and control production.
Working with the strategy department as a business analyst for all the issues related to the company.Helping with mapping all the As-Is processes of MarkaVIP, helping with the To-Be processes, and implementing them.
I was a trainee learning about the duties of the company such as production planning.and quality control.
I helped with raw material's orders and the production line's supervision.
And finally reporting weekly for the upper management.
