The Major priority of the job is to ensure safety of worker at the site.
 To deal with the different level people at the site for ensuring the work is carried without any disturbance.
 Scheduling of work as per the order given by the higher authority.
 Make sure that the material is available for work to be done.
 Make the record of the daily activities at the site for future reference.
 Making record of the accessories available at the site and ordering of material as per the requirements at the
site.
 To ensure the work is been carried out as per the drawing.
 To ensure that the work is done as per the standards .
Additional Knowledge:-
Hvac :
 Designing the heat load calculation manually from E20 and HAP (Hourly Analysis Programme),
 Duct routing, Duct Sizing, Chilled water pipe sizing, Chilled water pump calculation,
 Selection of all HVAC equipment’s,
 Preparation of Ducting & Chilled Water Piping Layout single line diagram (SLD) on AutoCAD,
 Estimation of Duct quantity, pipes and grills from the Auto-CAD drawings,
 Preparing of Bill of Quantity, for the Material like Ducting, grills & HVAC equipment
 Report Preparation, BOQ Preparation, Interact with the Contractors and Vendors and Co-ordination with other
services,
 Planning & scheduling of work and completing the work according to it,
 Supervising the site foreman, alternate visiting the sites,
 Making the report of project(weekly & monthly basis) and submitting to the Project manager & general
Manager,
 Testing & commissioning
 Familiar with electrical and plumbing equipments and accessories
Training & certification:-
 HVAC DESIGNING & DRAFTING.
 AUTOCAD 2D,
 AUTOCAD MEP.
Software Proficiency: -
 Ms Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
 AutoCAD, Familiar to BIM(Revit)
 HAP (Hourly Analysis Programme)
 Duct sizer (McQuay)
