• Verification of the shop drawing, material submittals contractor engineering input against the contract drawings specifications.
• Verify the adequacy of the design material used; highlight the deviations from the contract specification and consultant drawings.

• Verify the quality & advise the client of any inferior material used against the contract specifications.
• Verify the installation quality of the MEP services in accordance with the contract drawings, specification.
• Carryout comprehensive site inspection for MEP plant areas.

• Monitor & verify that all the drainage pipes are properly tested & slopes are achieved.
• Involved in electrical procurement & supervision of electro mechanical works of project construction as per the approved drawings.
• Procuring the approved brand from different suppliers for cost control analysis.
• Schedule the day to day activities as per the approved planning schedule for the execution.
• Coordinating with the consultant and client for any drawing changes.
• Involved in maintaining quality of the project as per the standards.
• Coordination with the client and consultant to get the approval of the site execution works.
• Involved in the site execution as per the approved drawings and coordinating with the consultant for the change of activities.
• Coordinating with the consultant to get the approval of the shop drawings prior to start the execution.
• Following parallel with the material procurement to get the materials in time as per the schedule requirement to complete the project in time.

• Monitoring the road works not to damage the other utilities like cable layout Plan, external lighting layout plan and external services works.
