▪ Responsibilities and duties: ‐
• Monitoring and coaching the technical department/staff from start of the project till the completion.
• Supervise the review and approval of shop drawings, Material Submittals with respect to the project
Specification and Standards of practice submitted to the consultant.
• Lead civil & utilities technical shop drawing (surface water, foul, potable, TSE, irrigation, & dry utilities)
process from the start till the approval (coordinate, review, & follow-up).
• Playing a value engineering role in surface water network of project P007 C7 P2 with almost saving 3M
Qatari riyal.
• Preparing and approving subcontractors and client invoices during the project period.
• Maintaining organized and detailed project records through the project life cycle.
• Initiating & following the process of NOV, claims & time extensions with contract, QS & planning
departments.
• Assuring the close out as built and documents are in line with the client requirements.
• Preparing agenda and MOM for weekly meeting with clients as well as internal progress meetings.

Lead the civil, utility, & structure shop drawing process from the start till the approval (coordinating, reviewing, & following-up)

Responsibilities:
• Project coordinator:
Coordinate between the team working at Egypt head office and the client technical office team to ensure that all necessary and updated data are followed from both sides during the project life.
Scheduling dates for delivering drawings from the beginning to the end of the project and follow up on daily basis the commitment to this schedule.
Representing the company in all client technical meetings.
Preparing, reviewing & finalizing structural workshop drawings prior to submission to consultants according to required project standards.
Keep continuous follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction of services from the beginning of the project until the completion and work to find out the underlying reasons for dissatisfaction, verify their validity and then solve them immediately
• Reviewer Engineer:
Coordinate between Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Civil drawings to solve any
Miss-match between several type drawings
Bearing the technical responsibility for reviewing the produced drawings and commit to the previously determined delivery time schedules for the project.
Keep continuous follow-up to ensure the conformity of the produced drawings with the standard specifications and presentation samples.
Reviewing all RFIs prepared by the production engineer prior to submission.
Reviewing bar bending schedule according to different codes standards.
• Production Engineer:
Studying the comments or the modifications required on the drawings by the consultant or the client and verifies the amendments
Study and understand all types of design documents prior to proceeding into production
Prepare RFIs to enquire about and missing information or to request clarification any contradictory information that may hinder the production of the shop drawings.
Preparing and producing final shop drawings according to the specifications of the project and ensure that the drawings contain all the details that may be required by the client.
Preparing bar bending schedule according to different codes standards.
Preliminary estimation of the time needed for the production of each drawing.
