Raising the WIR, MIR, Project Plan and Solving NCR Report.
Strict Implementation of Preservation activities at Site and at
Material storage area.
Responsible to check the Hydro testing setup and testing
equipment.
Highly organised, able to plan and manage conflicting
priorities.
Working in Accurate information and Time.
Maintain all information for status of materials (PR, PO, and
Delivery).
Maintenance all Store Delivery With SRV and SIV issuing.
Coordinate with all department managers to ensure
accountability for all materials.
Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow
of all materials.
Review P&ID's, ISO's & vessel drawings to ensure appropriate
WPS are referenced with weld details
and overall accuracy.
Responsible for performing all aspects of piping and
mechanical inspection activities with minimum
supervision.
Follow the QA/QC management system at sites.
Monitor Piping and Mechanical operations and conduct
required inspections work to resolve quality
related issues with workers, subcontractors, and the client.
QC and Testing
Performs functional checks and mechanical completion checks
(Pressure and atmospheric vessel).
LPG cylinders internal inspection.
Performs hydrostatic test of tank and measurement of pad
settlement.
Witness the tests, controls and inspections, guarantee quality
products.
