1- Prepare and apply the production plan according to our demands and resources, in order to
achieve our production targets quantities and qualities .
2- Control the production processes through supervising and following up my production team
( Operators and Helpers ) and assisting any maintenance interventions needed .
3- Find scientific solutions for any line stoppages to achieve our KPI’s measures targets, as
outcome from our operation reviews meetings (S.H.O, S.O.R, D.O.R ... ) using a problem solving techniques ( Coaching, GSTD’s, DMAIC’s ... ), through eliminating the route causes .
4- Build a Standard Routine, for any solved issue in order to control and sustain to not repeat the
same issue again .
5- Apply the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) System, in order to achieve our 0 1 100
(0 Waste, 1 Team, 100% Engagement ) Nestle target through many launched pillars .
6- Enhance the leadership, ownership, awareness and the knowledge for all employees in
different divisions through applying the Leadership Development pillar ( Part of NCE
Construction ) .
7- Align my team on one goal, by applying the Goal Alignment pillar (GA), in order to achieve
our Nestle Business priority, through making and following up our OMP, and control our in the
OR’s through coaching and assessment tools, improve the competencies of my team through
Skill competency matrix preparation and following up .
8- Improve the industry through many saving projects, by reducing the costs, times, and effort
in order to accelerate the production process and make it goes in the smoothest profitable way (not
affecting the quality ) .
9- Preparing all the reports ( Production, M.V.R ..) needed from our management .
- Preparing Master production daily plans based on sales orders priorities, order specifications, workload, and materials shortage reports received for each order.
- Supervising and monitoring the production lines performance, and solving production problems in assistance with the responsible employees.
- Coordinating with sales, procurement, warehouses, and shipping departments for a daily follow up and problem solving issues .
- Costing all products by ERP system, for my profits expenses reports .
- Managing the raw materials for the factory, by ERP system .
