work Responsibilities:
Execution of the project work accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications, and all applicable standards.
Supervising and execution of Electrical works in conformity with approved Electrical drawings.
Good Implementation Knowledge on the site in Supervise, Control, monitor for First Fix, Second Fix, Third Fix of the
MV & LV and Low Current systems.
Execution of building services as a contractor like power, lighting, MV, LV, cables routing & termination, Earthling, Electrical Panels, control systems, low current implementation, testing & commissioning, etc. capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinated shop drawings, technical submittals, liaison with consultants, coordinate with various disciplines and site supervision.
Design of Lighting and Earthing protection, preparation of Overall single line Diagram
Attend coordination meetings with project team, client, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Calculate the cable size rating and wire size rating.
Calculate short circuit and voltage drop calculation.
Calculate the MCB, MCCB and ACB.
Calculate the Circuit Breaker rating and capacitor Bank rating.
Selection of Transformer/ DG capacity and with necessary metering protection.
Locating of Lighting fixtures and power sockets.
Attending Meetings, Writing Reports and Giving Presentation to Manager.
Installation According To The Client Requirements & Specification Of Transformer, RMU, Meter Room, Main Circuit Breaker, HV/ LV Duct Bank, HV/LV Cable, Cable Trenching, MV & LV External Power Distribution System, HV/LV Panel Board, Cable Trays And Trucking’s & Street Lighting.
Installation & Mounting Of Internal Lighting System, Power System, Fire Alarm System, and Manual Pull Station, Alarm Bell, Smoke & Heat Detectors, Lighting Fixtures, Power Outlets.
Installation and Mounting of Public Address System Like Mixing Amplifier, Column Speakers, Ceiling Speakers
Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Installation of CCTV & Telephone Network System In Respect Of Building & Site Development.
To Supervise & Decide The Roots Of Conduit In Concealed / Surface For Wiring Of All Lighting Fixtures, Power Outlets, Fire Alarm, TV & Telephone Outlets Etc.
Installation of Grounding System, Lightning & Grounding Protection System.
To Install & Mount For CCTV System & Decide The Rout Of Conduit For Cabling Of Conduit.
Review contractor construction Low current systems.
Inspection (1st Fix) installation of EMT conduits, RGS conduits, Flexible pipes, Cable basket, Cable tray, Grounding system, Sockets power and Lightning system.
Perform routine inspection and document result in accordance with approval procedures.
Inspection (2nd, 3rd Fix) installation of Fire alarm system (FAS), Public address system (PAS), CCTV system, Access control system (ACS), Building management (BMS), Structure cabling system (SCS).
Hands on experience for Fire Alarm system .
Monitor activates of supervision contractors and construction contractors.
Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Monitor Quality control on construction progress activates.
Inspect all the Low current and BMS works as per the approved shop drawing, method of statement and project specification. .
Submit inspection requests in coordination with project engineers.
Inspect testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with project engineers.
Assist in the review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical
Submittal.
Assist in the review and approve the contractor’s operations & maintenance. Coordinate MEP drawings to insure all systems work within space constrain that code, keep current, accrue drawings, construction changes to insure that accurate “as built” documents are provided by our company and our subcontractors to our client. .
