* Managing Accounts Receivables & Payables.
* Preparing trial balance sheet to avoid minor
accounting errors by the data entry staff and make sure everything is recorded into ERP system on the timely basis and accurately.
* Initiate preparation of various Financial reports and Analysis than forward to the finance manager in accordance with the companies performance on a departmental basis.
* Making necessary Suggestions as applicable to maximize companies earning through reducing costs by using various Costing Techniques.
* Giving Guidance and treatments to the various elements of Financial Statements as per IFRS & IAS Standards if required.
* Participating in internal Audit and furnish the details as and when required by the Auditors.
* Also Responsible for Processing Employees Monthly Payroll, Leave Settlement & Final Settlement as per UAE Labour Law's.
* Creating WPS Files for the existing companies licenses and uploading it online through bank portals for monthly salary processing.
