Worked with different departments of operations includes Account opening, Inward cheques Clearing, Salaries & Wealth Management department.
• Handling & Managing the exception team.
• Managing performance and error dashboard for the team.
• Mentoring the team to follow the process which are mentioned in Operating Procedures.
• Supervise the activities performed by team members like Checking of account opening mandates for personal and business customers to ensure that all the required documents are available as per guidelines in Operating Procedure.
• Training & Controlling the error rate by engaging the team in regular huddle discussions.
• Informing & guiding the team consistently as and when update received from Central Bank.
• Participating in audit and resolving the issues which are raised.
• To inform departments (Credit card, Credit Ops, Branches) with regards to the Blacklisted customers and inform Compliance if customer listed in World Check.
• Authorizing of signature images for the accounts opened as per customer instructions
• Issuance of cheque books, debit cards and E-statements for the accounts opened
• To process online banking request for business customers.
• To perform technical verification of cheques in ICCS (Inward cheque clearing system) as per guidelines of central bank of UAE
• To reconcile the account opening initial deposit suspense account on a daily basis
• Handling Operation Complaints queries/issues arises of the customers and other departments.
• Processing of internal and external salaries.
• To issue Under Formation letters for the under formed companies after scrutinizing the required documents.
• Handling any queries/assisting branches/units with regard to account opening.
• Issuance of Managers Cheque if customer account not getting open due to insufficient documents or customer become ineligible to open account
1.Entering Material requisition. (After getting proper details for codification).
2.Checking & Entering Site Material Receipt and sending it to Dubai Office after taking Photostat of SMR & Delivery Note.
3.LPO (Local Purchase Order) follow up with Main Office for those materials received in the site & LPO not received.
4.Checking with Stock Ledger, codification & entering Store Issue Voucher.
5.Verifying MTO (Material Transfer Order) issued & receipt and entering Site Material Receipt & Store Issue Voucher according to these MTOs, after getting cost of the material received by MTO.
6.Uploading LPOs and downloading Material Requisitions.
7.If there is any PDC for material delivery to site then follow up with Main Office for cheque & supplier for material.
8.Stationery items quantity details.
9.Time Sheet employee details (in ascending order of DC No.) to enter overtime & daily attendance manually on daily basis. This will help the Time Keeper to enter all these in the Pay Roll system.
