Inspection of procurement material with all related Quality documents.
Work inspection for the construction activities of the mechanical engineering for static and rotary equiopment.(Fire Heaters, Gas Turbines, Generators, WHRB, Stacks, Centrifugal Compressors, Piping, Centrifuge, Heat Exchangers, towers and Structure.)
Approval of shop drawings and development of as built with the modifications related to Technical Queries.
Development of specifications, welder qualification test as per ASME 31.1
Co ordination and progress follow up for site activities.
Auditing of the ITPs, material delivery, Drawing records and site inspection procedures related to the project activities.
Mangament Review participation with communication and development of the staratagic data for evaluation.
These all related to the extensive project activities for small, large and Mega projects Like Riyad PP11, Export Oriented Refinery Project Of Relience India Limited, Haramain High Speed Rail Project, QAWC Ras Abu Fantas Power Project, Tabuk Cement Company Project, Duba Power Plant Expansion Project, SWCC Cross Country Pipe Project and more.
This is a High Speed Rail Link Project between Mecca and Medina 450 Km . Responsible for Area-5 for all the Quality issues for 85 km with Rail, Road, Wadi and Camel Crossing Bridges, Drainage, vehicular and Pedestrian Culverts, Duct Banks and Rail Way embankment.
This is a mega project and execute work with highest quality control and reliability.
