•Develop Division strategy, constantly review and monitor the performance of organizational units, and guide managers in key decision situations and critical issues.
•Prepare and raise strategic and operational action plans and annual estimated budgets for the Division; and follow up on the implementation of approved plans and budgets as well as any decisions made by senior management.
•Set objectives and their performance indicators and identify the initiatives and priorities necessary to implement them in line with the strategy and objectives of the company.
•Contribute to the development of internal legislation, policies, and regulations related to the Division and make suggestions and recommendations when reviewed and participating in the relevant internal committees.
•Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, procedures, and standards in place at the company.
•Manage Risks related to Commercial strategy, set regulations, procedures, and Commercial action plans, and guide on critical issues related to their activities.
