• Responsible for Coordinating with the DT teams and scheduling daily, weekly and monthly activities to perform detailed drive test and completing all the tasks within time.
• Preparing the SSV (Single site verification) for the newly sites with the help of DT teams and checking the throughput, coverage, signal level, signal quality, handovers, swap sectors, and in-depth analysis of log files. Involved in identifying and analysis of sites with low HSPA throughput and cooperating with optimization department to resolve the issue.
• Responsible for resolving of day to day customer complaint of week coverage and throughput issues of both 3G (Single and multicarrier, HSPA sites) and 2G sites.
• Arranging JVT in order to solve complex issues on sites together with other teams of integration and transmission and maintenace.
• Served as single point of contact to drive test teams, providing technical assistance during field operations.
• Analyzing the log files to identify the problem of Call Events (Drop Call, Call Block, HO Fail) by analyzing Layer 2/3 messages, signal level, signal quality, UE TX Power, Power Control, Cell Parameters and Neighbor List. Generating Change Requests for making hardware and Parameters changes provide the Team Lead with reports of work done on daily basis and attend in technical meetings responsible for NPO team activities.
• Post processing drive test data for Analysis & Optimization of 3G-2G Network to diagnose all RF related problems such as Interference, call quality, Drop calls, HO failure, Missing neighbors, Power, Abnormal releases, Cross feeder etc.
• Investigate Radio network performance degradations, solve and correct radio network problems according to agreed timing and standards set.
• Parameter optimization, Antenna Tilt issues and designs Optimization, Scrambling Codes (SC) and Neighbors planning for 3G sites.
• Involved in analysis of missing neighbors, IRAT HO issues, and Intra/Inter Freq handover issue.
• Involved in identifying site with high external interference (Real Time Wide band power (RTWP) with spectrum analyzer to check source of interference.

• Conducting drive test using TEMS Investigation for 2G and 3G cell sites.

New site verification for integrated sites with the help of TEMS Investigation, GENEX Probe 2.3, Bench mark drive test and reports to follow up network performance, Verification of swapped and re-homed sites to support Roll-out.
Checking all value, handover relation with neighbor cells, defines missing neighbor relation, Prepare Site Investigation and trouble-shooting reports.
Testing HSDPA, HSUPA speed, voice & video call. Responsible for reducing the pilot pollution & overshooting.
Performing GPRS/EDGE testing and analysing networks throughput.
Verifying soft, softer handover, 3G to 2G IRAT handover, 3G to 2G IRAT cell reselection, and 2G to 3G IRAT cell reselection.
Initial tuning (Drive testing) of new on-air, swap RBS sites (e.g. checking sector swap, cross feeder, coverage, call origination / termination).
Monitoring of RSCP & Ec/No level of 3G sites.
Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure
Analysis of layer 3 message.
Verification of cell design and Antenna Parameters.
Identification of low power and faulty TRXs and doing the time slot verification.
Conducting Low Traffic Sites Test and checking the MAIO with the help of locking the TRX’s.
Site Auditing for existing sites to verify site database and cell design
criteria’s (checking Azimuths, Mechanical & Electrical tilts, Panoramic views etc).
Coverage Optimization - Level and Quality Optimization to ensure Client meets level and Quality Commitments.
Scanning the frequencies in idle mode for interfering frequencies in sector to sector or in serving cell to neighboring cell.
Integration of 3 G new sites verification.
