Managing complete IT Assets and maintenance.
• To develop business and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
• To plan and forecasts expenditures in alignment with the project budget and supports the budgeting process throughout the project lifecycle
• To develop performance and systems models, graphs, charts and specifications to systems staff when needed
• To perform root cause analysis of complex system problems and provide corrective actions
• To provide administrative support and maintain in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures
• To analyze metrics to evaluate IT system performance and recommend improvements, prepare presentations for business meetings and discussion
• To provide technical guidance on analysis, design, coding, customization, testing and maintenance of ERP software solutions
• To purchase new Hardware/Software or upgrading the existing equipment's Laboratories based on the projects requirement
• Responsible for all operational and strategic aspects of IT including budget planning and maintenance, logistics, policies and procedures, resource planning and development, risk management and business continuity planning, project steering, sales and delivery.
• To manage IT and computer systems by organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of information systems and EDP Cell
• To develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development

• To supervise in preparing technical and functional documentations for operating systems by analyzing resource utilization, timesheet, and financial data for assigned project

• To analyze metrics to evaluate IT system performance and recommend improvements, prepare presentations for business meetings and discussion

• To purchase new Hardware/Software or upgrading the existing equipments in R & D Cell, Robotics Club, IT-Hub, E-Cell, or Laboratories based on the projects requirement
• Responsible for all operational and strategic aspects of IT including budget planning and maintenance, logistics, policies and procedures, resource planning and development, risk management and business continuity planning, project steering, sales and delivery.
• Experience in RF Planning, Commissioning, Installation of BTS, RND (RF Survey), TND (Transmission), Drive Test & Optimization.
• RF Survey for both coverage and capacity sites, checking for Signal Strength, Checking for obstacle details that may obstruct the transmission path of m/w link as planned.
• Doing Drive Test with TEMS Software and Preparing PPT’s as specified by the particular Operator for CDMA/GSM site, Conduct drive test for Coverage Verification, Site Integration and Site Acceptance using TEMS.
• Analyzes and post process data gathered during drive test using Map Info, Checking for the nearest site using MapInfo Tab files, Ensure the proper collection and maintenance of BSS parameters and maintains historical database of all the sites that evolve during optimization process.
• Formulate KPI values (Key Performance Indicators) for the network, Interpret, analyze and evaluate network performance through KPI values. Recommend hardware modification such as antenna tilting, re-orientation, additional TRX’s in coordination with RNP group.
• Perform parameter modifications such as Handover threshold, Cell Adjacencies, Power Control and implement other BSC features needed to improve quality of service.
Successfully completed Master of Technology in Embedded Systems in the year 2009
Successfully completed Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering
