Duties & Responsibilities
•
Assisting project principals in the procurement administration of the project and managing project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
•
Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for work for project finances and contractual relationships for construction companies. They manage the costs of raw materials and construction projects to ensure they are within the budget maintenance
•
Take off the quantity for Structural and Architectural (Fit-out works) with Auto Cad
•
Read and understand the agreements/Contract details and contract specifications details.
•
Review and check Civil & MEP shop drawings, IFC, As Build Drawings (Structural and Architectural)
•
Preparation of IPC Work Concrete, Formwork, Reinforcement waterproofing etc. Calculate and Submit the Final Report for our client.
•
Provide technical advice in the construction field.

Duties & Responsibilities
•
Reviewing and evaluating clients’ bid documents including drawings, Project Specification, BOQ, and Scope of the work, contract terms and Conditions.
•
Preparing technical clarifications to client for any discrepancies found in the bid documents, after reviewing and evaluating the scope of work.
•
Participating on the Company’s behalf in pre-tender meetings, site visits and preparing, site visit report to analyze the project deliverables and presenting to the management.
•
Prepare BOQ, quantities take off, sending enquiries to the / procurement team/subcontractors’ vendors to get competitive quotations.
•
Building up the estimation for the direct and indirect structure and cost elements for man-hours, equipment, materials, consumables, subcontract services and site establishment costs required in the tender.
•
Coordinating with multi-discipline Estimating team in the formulation of the contract price estimate, reviewing all estimating data and parameters for conformity and technical correctness to the client’s requirements.
•
Preparing comparative statements on technical and commercial aspects to analyze and select the most appropriate vendors and subcontractors.
•
Collect all vendors’ technical data sheets, vendor’s specifications, and drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submissions.
•
Checking the various types of contract documents
•
Prepared the IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) for our client and subcontractor
•
Estimation and quantification of civil, MEP work related to buildings, roads etc. as per our Shope drawings
Prepared the BOQ As per the Subcontractor Contract (Lump sum or Re-measurable)
•
Prepare the LPO for IPC as per our site chief, construction manager, and Project Manager Instructions
•
Preferred the final documents and finalized the final Interim Payment Certificate with supporting documents.
•
Prepared the back charge reports (manpower, machinery, materials, etc.)
Dukhan (Air Base C-108-01) Project:
❖PM_3 (AREA 6000) - Military Buildings, Fuel Farm Facilities and 1
Access Control Point as In-situ Concrete buildings, Terminal Building,
Internal Road, Hangar Facilities as PEB Type Structure, Air Traffic
Control Tower as In-situ Concrete / Precast types buildings, Runway
Area, Substation, Tower Building, Forward Shelter as In-situ Concrete
/Precast, QRA Shelter with Pilot Lounge, Complex, Car parking, Cinema
Theatre, Military Accommodation etc.
❖THYPHOON_ (AREA - 4500) - Military Buildings, Fuel Farm Facilities
and 1 Access Control Point as In-situ Concrete buildings, Terminal
Building, Internal Road, Hangar Facilities as PEB Type Structure, Air
Traffic Control Tower as In-situ Concrete / Precast types buildings,
Runway Area, Substation, Tower Building, Forward Shelter as In-situ
Concrete / Precast, QRA Shelter with Pilot Lounge, Complex, Car
parking, Cinema Theater, Military Accommodation ect.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Prepared the IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) for our client and
subcontractor.
•Prepare BOQ, quantities take-off quantity for Structural and
Architectural Fit-out works with Auto Cad.
•Review and check Civil & MEP shop drawings, IFC, As Build Drawings
(Structural and Architectural)
•Review and finalize the subcontractor Interim payment certificates
•Estimation and quantification of civil, MEP work related to buildings,
roads etc. as per our Shope drawings..
•Prepared the BOQ As per the Subcontractor Contract (Lump sum or Remeasurable)
•Refer to the Contract Documents and Supporting Documents.
•Preferred the final documents and finalized the final Interim Payment
Certificate with supporting documents.
•Prepare the LPO for IPC as per our site chief, construction manager, and
Project Manager Instructions.
•Coordination of work effort with our Project manager, and construction
manager.
•Prepare the FMR request for IPC as our site additional works or our Site
chief, Construction manager request.
•Check, and review the mark-up drawings, BOQ, and related supporting
documents for preparing the subcontractor’s payment certificate finish
purpose.
Preparation of IPC Work Concrete, Formwork, Reinforcement
waterproofing etc.. Calculate and Submit the Final Report for our client.
•Check and verify the subcontractor Bonds details if it’s expired inform
our subcontractor.
•Attend the meeting with our subcontractor then report to our
Construction Manager & Project Manager
•Preparing Mechanical Works (Piping, Steel Structure, Equipment
Erection, Painting, and Insulation & Special Lining) including evaluation
of required indirect & direct manpower, equipment deployment,
material & consumable requirements, cost of temporary facilities &
general overheads, also well-versed in Roads & Infrastructure works.
❖CP 07B Project:- Lusail Plaza Infrastructure, LRT Station, Public Car
Park and Landscape, Residential Buildings, Commercial buildings.
❖CP 30A Project:- The Design and Construction of Artwork for the
Tunnels and Trough Structures in (CP02, CP05B, CP07A-1A, and
CP07C-1A) works.
❖BP 12 Project:- Preliminary testing Piles (PTP) for Lusail Plaza Towers
Duties & Responsibilities
•Preparation of IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).
•Take the quantity for Structural and Architectural Fit-out works with
Auto Cad
Review and check civil shop drawings and materials to be submitted to
ensure all design intent parameters have been considered.
•Estimation and quantification of civil works related to building, roads,
bridges, landscapes & infrastructures.
•Check, review, and advise on contractual claims.
•Prepare Bill of Quantities and Scope of Works related to buildings, roads,
bridges, landscapes & other structures.
•Preparation of IPC Work Concrete, Formwork, Reinforcement
waterproofing etc.. Calculate and Submit the Final Report for the client.
•Preparation of Monthly Balance Segment Update Monitoring and Log..
•Prepare the Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports as per the
requirement of our client / Cost consultant.
•Preparing Mechanical Works (Piping, Steel Structure, Equipment
Erection, Painting, and Insulation & Special Lining) including evaluation
of required indirect & direct manpower, equipment deployment,
material & consumable requirements, cost of temporary facilities &
general overheads, also well-versed in Roads & Infrastructure works.
•Provide technical advice in the construction field.
•Check the subcontractor Invoice for any Payment Certificates.
•Prepare for Monthly Sub sub-subcontractors’ Payment Certificates.
