2. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

3. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

Reviews all preliminary reports including advance planning studies for the
project.Reviews locations of existing utilities for possible conflict and relocation.
Establishes need to carry utilities or provide for future utilities.Conducts site reviews as necessary.
a) Reviews completed General Plans.
b) Reviews General Plan estimates.
c) Keeps record of Project Plan print distribution.
d) Continually reviews details as they are being prepared.
e) Reviews entire project for continuity and completeness. ­
f) Reviews final estimates.
g) Reviews Strucrure Status for accuracy.
h) Reviews monthly man hour summaries.
i) Maintains continual communications with all personnel assigned to the project.
g) Handles and documents communications with District personnel and all support
units.

• Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on site.
• To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities.
• Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.
• Preparation & Submittals of Shop drawings.
• Follow up with AUTOCAD draughtsman.
• Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the requested items for electrical works.
• Assisting the contracts department in preparing monthly payment certificate.
• Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager.
• Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising RFI.
• Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket.
• Preparation of Lighting & Power Layouts.
• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Power Riser Diagrams.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning for Projects.
• Aware of coordinating with various trades to expedite works and to avoid repetitive works.

• Maintaining records and archives to company standards
• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications
• Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule
• Coordinating with other trades civil, mechanical, finishing to avoid repetitive work
• Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target

• Preparation of load schedules and cable schedules.
• Acting as part of the electrical team for the production of project specifications, datasheets, design calculations, drawings, MTO’s / Bill of Quantities.

Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
