Continually develop a van sales/delivery route, starting with existing customers with ongoing acquisition of new customers, in order to sell and deliver Sadafco’s products. Follow pre-determined journey plan taking maximum advantage of any opportunity to increase sales of Sadafco products in line with company policies.

2. Product Display
Present and display products as per merchandising policy, in order to increase the shelf share in the market and display products correctly and to ensure availability of products.

3. Invoicing & Collection
Deliver the invoices to customers and collect the money as per the created invoices, and maintain customer’s credit balance according to the credit policy.

4. Appearance
Ensure that the vehicle is clean and tidy inside and outside as well as individual uniform, in order to present the company professionally and be recognized by customers.

5. Sales Performance and target
Expand current customer database, make follow up calls to customers as per company policy, and sell product SKU’s as per the assigned customer/route, in order to improve sales performance and achieve the target.

6. Stock Management
Monitor required stock levels in order to provide necessary volume to customers while not exceeding company policy on daily carry-over of stock. On receipt of loaded products review and sign for same, on return from market reconcile load with storekeeper as per company policy.

7. Sales Administration
Prepare and administer daily sales reports, collected money, and advise any procedural concerns, to ensure all sales related administration is completed correctly and on time.


8. SEBA
Complete daily SEBA endorsement session with supervisor to discuss daily activity and identify opportunities for market improvement. Review pre-determined KPI’s on a weekly basis.
