Current Project Handled: Temporary Guest House - Al Ruwais - Western Region -Abu Dhabi.
Client : Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)

Responsibilities:

- Making sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use.
- Carrying out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
- Verifying with independent testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
- Making sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-conformity Report (NCR), reviewed by the Construction supervisor or Construction Manager.
- Reviewing the relevant As-Built drawings.
- Preparing work progress reports to Construction Supervisor and Construction Manager.
- Closely monitoring All Architectural site activities.
- Verifying the compliance of all delivered materials with the materials approval.
- Revising contractor's monthly payments versus the actual achieved work.
- Assisting the Senior Architect in taking the necessary decisions for any technical problem at site.

- November 2008 member of design team of office building consists of 11 storey in Khartoum east.
- Three villas in different places in Khartoum.
