Splice the fiber optic cables with subcontractor to ORANGE FTTH Project In Amman (shmisani, al-jandawil, abdoon, om-othainah)
• JCS (Jordan Cable Services): it is an Internet Service Provider Company through (Fiber Optic Technology).
In duration, Oct 2014 - Dec 2015 I had a three main jobs.
A. Activation: Provide Internet service to the customers through fiber optic cables (to Activate new contract we create distribution point near his building (Splice and terminate fiber cable in terminal box in his building (connect it to switch using media converter or connect it to ONU device if it is in new project area-FIBER TO HOME) and connect the customer office or home to it.
B. Technical support: Solve the maintenance and configuration issue to all the network parts (routers, ONU, switches, media converter and fiber cable cuts ((F12 - F72) FTTH, PATCH CORE) or fix the high attenuation in the lines by trace the line and measure the optical power in the enclosures and splitters).
C. Reconstruction: convert the old network to the Fiber to Home Project using PON (Passive Optical Network) by create link between the OLT in the source and the ONU in the destination, this include install and splice the splitter and distribution point..
• In duration, Jan 2016 - Feb 2016.
I worked in controls room to mentoring the network and the teams in the field receive the maintenance ticket and debugging it and give it for the teams in the field, to do this I work on several apps (OPMANAGER, CRM, CACTI Graphs, PUTY, CMD, ANM2000, IP scanner, GPS Google map, NAGIOS for UPS).
• In duration, Mar 2016 - Jul 2016.
I worked as coordinator of Controls Room.
