-Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
-Verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
-Enforces safety guidelines.
-Responds to employees’ safety concerns.
-Watch out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
-Determine what type of PPE is needed and makes sure that workers know how to operate and use tools and equipment.
Monitor all the job activity at the site to ensure safety compliance.
Prepare & Submit daily safety reports/ inspection reports.
-Conducting Tool Box Talk Weekly or as per Task required.
-Respond to Emergencty safety issues.
-Login & Logout all PTW (Permit to Work).
-Conduct Safety induction to new workers.
-Conduct safety Inspection & prepare monthly power tools, Hand tools, Fire Extinguisher inspections.
-Analyzing incident and accident report.
-Keep record all heavy equipments’s (Crane, forklift, man lift, etc.)
-Maintain safety documents.
-Responsible for ensuring that manager, supervisors and employees are carrying out their roles in compliance with the company’s Health and Safety policies & procedures.
-Serving as the first responder and investigator of safety incident and injuries to determine the cause so that such problems can be prevented in the future.
-Maintaining proper record.
-Make regular site inspection.
-Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly & safely.
-To ensure all accident & injuries that occurs to the employees at the work site.
-To ensure that the employees receive the necessary safety training based on the work.
-To maintain the records of incidents.
