for the project of “Construction of Maadi Call Center, Egypt. Duties included supervision of civil work activities (sub structures and super structures) assuring compliance with drawings and specifications; monitoring quality control procedures, responding to contractor’s technical queries; preparing monthly invoices and monitoring contractor’s health and safety, security and environment procedures; and preparing project reports.
for the project of “Commercial Building in Mohamed
Forced Army. Duties included development of ElSalloum Airport and the construction of rest houses for army leaders.
for the project of “Beach Cabins in Ras Elbar Summer Resort”. Duties included supervision of civil work activities.
Over ten years (9 with ECG) experience in the field of construction supervision of structural works; monitoring, reviewing and reporting on progress payments, quality control and safety; logging and monitoring all contractors' submittals; coordination and liaison between all trades; providing input for all change orders and claims analysis; review and approval of as-built drawings; review of contractors’ valuation payments of various types of projects including commercial and residential buildings, industrial buildings, call centers and resorts, technical office work, design work of roads, steel structure, concrete structure and landscape.
