Job responsibilities:
Overall periodic and breakdown maintenance of metal industries including heavy machines,
Over head cranes, welding machines, etc;
And also in charge of all electrical related documents and records maintenance including the mechanical department.
Work details are stated below;
•Making a periodic maintenance schedule for the machines in the industry.
•Implementing the work of periodic maintenance within a specified date.
•Making the reports of breakdown machines and forward to the higher authorities.
•Interacting with vendor lists for the good life of machines.
•Assigning the desired work to the department for the healthy life of machines.
•Keeping the records of outbound services of small machines.
•Local knowledge of the materials which are used in industry.
•Troubleshoot the problems related to the machines by following drawings.
•Good knowledge of electrical designs.
•keeping the healthy environment of the machines through preventive maintenance quarterly.
Responsible for overall Electrical Management in the Maintenance department for project buildings and also involved during installation of equipment at project buildings and MNC companies. The job profile includes…
•Maintenance of Electrical Transformers which installed in the HT and LT sides.
•Maintenance and Operation of the Diesel Generator sets which are placed inside the building.
•Maintenance of UPS systems Used for backup systems in the IT server areas.
•Maintenance and operation of Air conditioning system which is used in the commercial buildings.
•Installation of cabling & wiring of all types for the project building.
•Monitoring the data of electrical users and maintaining the records of the electrical department.
•Maintenance of the lift and escalators used in the apartments.
•Troubleshooting the fire fighting panel and circuit problem arise in the building to resolve it.
•Maintaining the records of the service vendors to complete the problem arises in the premises.
•Maintenance and operation of the 3 phase motors and equipment used in the building side.
