 Selling/Marketing integrated logistics contract for customers (Courier Service ).
 Monitoring and following up with my team members (3 field sales-executives & 1 customer Services )
 Maximize revenue by increasing the sales of Fetchr’s products to the existing & prospects Customers.
 Assist in setting the company's sales strategy for all products to achieve the station target.
 Handling Banking, insurance, shipping and E-commerce sectors.
 Participate in Setting a clear achievable targets for the sales team and develop practical plans to achieve those targets.
 Set SMART objectives for sales team and regularly monitor their performance against set targets.
 Act to remedy weakness and build on team strengths.
 Manage the sales team and ensure its compliance with service and set standards
 Manage and monitor the company's top performance customers
 Prepare management reports on the team's performance and reporting to Sales Director and CEO.
 Follow up with credit controller to assure that collections are made on time and agree on actions to be taken with customers that have exceeded their credit limit.
