two buildings (G+8) / 13500m² for each one in silicon oases.
Responsibilities:
Studying the drawings and specifications deeply and highlight all points have discrepancy with written of
RFI and discussing with consultant
Act as project engineer for land survey and construction works.
Studying and reviewing the submittals with subcontractors and discussing with consultant and client for
required
Achieving construction activates like excavation, foundations, waterproofing, RCC works, masonry of
brick works, plastering and tiles fixing...etc. Independently following design engineers of architecture and
structural.
Checking formwork, reinforcement and all services required in the works like MEP works.
Finishing works of building until hand over to the client.
Checking and coordination with MEP engineer for every step in the site and resolving the problems by
studying the obstruction and discussing with the consultant.
Monitoring the subcontractor’s quality and progress, and making the invoices by checking all quantities
done with QS and QA/QC engineer.
Coordinate the works between subcontractors especially in finishing activities stage.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Control of the quality at site as per requirements and coordinate with QA/QC engineer for all activities
and inspections.
Raising RFI’s and conducts final inspection with the consultant prior to proceed the works.
Coordinate with project team for any change in drawings or requirements required.
Making daily report, progress report and cost report for construction manager.
Arrangement orders for materials, equipment’s tools, concrete and reinforcement by coordination with
procurements department or store keeper.
Closing the punch list and NCR’s.
Coordinating construction activities by organizing all the necessary resources, materials & manpower
required for the execution of civil works based on the construction schedule.
Implement safety rules and regulations and monitoring of site safety compliance.

various estimating requirements for conceptual vs. hard bid estimates.
Inquiring and evaluating the supplier / manufacturer and obtaining appropriate quotations, inquiries and
bulletins, and prepare change orders.
Comparison between quotations and supporting any procurement processes.
Supervision of quantity surveyors and assist them to overcome obstacles.
Assisting in compiling tenders.
Know the components and potential impact of conducting a Value Engineering analysis.
Know the impact of life cycle costing on estimating and pricing change orders.
Pricing, quoting and resourcing work within delegated authority levels.
Carrying out site visits and surveys.
I have good experience in steel structural for fabrication, welding procures and all non destructive test and
destructive test.
Very good experience of steel structure estimation beginning from raw materials procurements,
preparation including cutting and sizing, fabrication, welding, shot blasting, and painting.
Coordinate with QA/Qc Engineer to get approval of material/works and information given at appropriate
time to ensure overall quality of the work by proper planning required testing / inspection requirement.
Coordinate with Third Party Inspector for NDT Test
of Project: 3 basements used for parking, GF & 1st
floor used for mall, and 4 residential towers
(6/7 floors).
Responsibilities:
Leads and ensure all works groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with Project manager, in
assembling and controlling the required resources ( manpower, equipment’s, materials and tools required )
to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
Construction team management and cost control are the greatest ways in my character to go on the project
to last point without any obstruction, whereas I review reports from superintendents and forward to
Project manager, Cost Control Engineer and Planning Engineer for corrective actions if project activities
become behind schedule or over the budget.
Ensuring that all engineering works is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory
requirements, laws, rules regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to safety,
operability and maintainability.
Providing technical support to the project team by reviewing shop drawings, structural drawings,
architectural drawings and method of statements.
Preparing, reviewing and following up project progress, providing full information about the project
activities to the high managers.
