• Maintain Tally 7.2, 9 ERP. \n• Generating monthly General Ledger Reports and checking the Balances. \n• Monthly review on Bank statement and preparing Bank reconciliation statement. \n• Ensure timely processing of bills entry in Tally 7.2, 9 ERP and verification of bills. \n• Preparing details for Issuance of TDS return, Service Tax and Sales tax return \n• Maintains Cash register on a daily basis \n• Maintenance of Bank book and cash book. \n• Posting of Journal Entries in Tally software \n• Preparation of Purchase order & Invoice forms as and when required.
