•Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-Identify the vacant position from our subsidiaries as well from the manpower plan
-Build a Strong (Data Bank) to fulfill any potential requirements
-Search and attract candidates by using various sourcing
-Filtering CV’s, pre-screening short list candidates and conducting initial interview
-Arranging interview for candidates with each departments and collecting the feedback
- Handling the saudization project in our companies
-Representing the company in career days event
•General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI)
-In charge of all GOSI related activities for the company and its subsidiaries
•Safety Reports
-Conduct monthly safety reports (Work injuries) to HR director & safety manager
•Analyze and organize the data in a way that makes it easier to understand and follow
