Working Summary:
Working as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for (Cluster J01 Parcel 5.05) & also worked with
Parcels (Cluster P01 & P04, P 2.07, 2.13, 2.11 & 2.08) under Project Supervision Consultant
Team with the duties & responsibilities as mentioned below.
Job Profile:
Review of Mechanical Shop Drawings with the reference of design drawings and applicable
codes.
Review of material submittals in accordance to project requirement, specifications, codes &
standards.
Review and verifying of all HVAC calculations such as AHUs, FCUs, and other ventilation and
smoke management fans against Design issued for construction (IFC).
Supervise the installation of Heat exchangers, chilled water pumps, ETS room specialties,
fans, HVAC ducting, air distribution system and chilled water system; to ensure the
compliance with approved shop drawings and applicable codes.
Inspect installation of Fire pumps, FM200 system, Foam system, landing valves, fire hose
system and sprinkler system; to ensure the compliance with approved shop drawings and
applicable NFPA standards.
Review & verifying of head calculations of chilled water, booster, submersible and transfer
pumps against Design issued for construction (IFC).
Inspect installation of booster pumps, submersible pumps, transfer pumps, water treatment
system, water distribution piping system and drainage: to ensure the compliance with
approved shop drawings and Uniform Plumbing Codes (UPC).
Inspect installation of LPG System, BMS Systems, and Elevators & Escalators.
Quality controlling of Materials delivered to site as per the approved Material Submittal.
Attend weekly MEP co-ordination & progress meetings with client, main contractor, suppliers
& sub-contractors.
Review weekly & monthly progress reports.
Review contractor’s payment claims as per the progress on site and BOQ.
Issuing Site Observation Memo/NCR necessary for unacceptable work practice at site.
Record changes on site red line Drawings.
Review of As Built Drawing, O & M Manuals and Training Manuals.
Effective monitoring of safety regulations and practice for the project.
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of all HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting and Fire
Suppression System
Air & Water Balancing of all HVAC Equipment’s such as FCU’s, AHU’s, VAV’s, Package A/C
Units, Fans & Blowers, Chilled Water Pumps, ETS Rooms Primary and Secondary Lines Etc.

Cold water supply.
