• Delivering FM service as per contractual Key Performance Indicators.
• Managing all FM related operation services and teams on a daily basis.
• Managing Sub-contractors and their contracts to insure the delivery of the service.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Working closely with the client and attending technical meetings.
Projects handled include:
- Musanada Government Buildings Project, AUH and AAN
- Ministry of Finance, DXB
- Emirates ID Authority Centers, DXB and NE
- Khalifa University, SHJ
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers and make comparison studies based on suppliers Quotations.
• Pricing and assist in tender preparation and compilation.
• Negotiating & finalizing contracts with the clients.
HVAC Engineer.
HVAC operation (installation & Maintenance, troubleshoot, resolving technical difficulties).
AutoCAD Operation, Airflow Diagram and calculating heating & cooling.
Preparing project plans, determine timelines and submit schedule of works.
Site Inspection.
Projects Estimation.
Reviewing and analyzing projects’ estimated budgets and schedules to establish the quantity survey criteria applicable for each project.
Carrying out the preparation of feasibility estimates and the preparation of detailed Cost Plans Cost Management.
Developing knowledge relevant to contract conditions and prepare BOQ of the work.
Maintenance and Estimation Training.
