Job Skills :
1- Preparation monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements as below points :
A- Preparation P&L Statement - Balance Sheet - Cash Flows - List Of Changes In Equity
B- Analyze financial statements along with necessary analyses of gross profit and fixed
costs and prepare a comparison with budget and prior period to determine that all the
financial figures make sense.
C- Analyze sectors profit inside the factory and market channels profit .
2- Industrial costs list as below points :
A- Preparation a list of manufactured products cost on order and process system .
B- Preparation comparative manufactured products cost analysis, profitability ratios &
break-even point .
C- Workout standard for different element of cost including material, labor and
overheads.

D- Monitor actual cost and update standard cost in the system to work out COGS and
inventory values.
E- Enters/ Monitor actual cost data.
F- Ability to analyze variance between actual and standard cost and make required
entries after necessary approvals.
G- Valuation of inventories of raw materials, work in process and finished goods.
H- Attend periodical inventory counts and summarize result.
I- Review calculation of cost goods sold and valuation of inventories on monthly basis.
J- Review efficiencies / wastage ratio and provide required analysis. - Assist FM in
preparing monthly/ annual financial package including balance sheet, P&L and notes
to financials.
3- Feasibility studies for any new manufacturing line or new project .
4- Flexible, Fixed Budget & Five-Year Plan for any industrial factory .
5- Sales account skills & Inventory control as below points :
A- Customer reports, status of debts, overdue & salesmen commission report
B- Products store reports, non-moving items report, write off report & others .
C- Formation provisions for non-moving, customs duties, doubtful debts & others .
